Motor Skills


(S1.B1.a.3)

Uses a mature form on the following skills: throw, catch, kick, volley, dribble with hands, dribble with feet, and strike.

(S1.B1.b.3)

Develops and refines a creative dance into a repeatable pattern.

(S1.B1.c.3)

Jumps and lands for height and distance using a mature form.

(S1.B1.d.3)

Develops and refines an individual short-rope routine using a variety of basic skills.

Demonstrates the ability to change directions quickly while the body is in motion.
