Motor Skills
  • Uses a mature form on the following skills: throw, catch, kick, volley, dribble with hands, dribble with feet, and strike. (S1.B1.a.4) 
  • Develops and refines a creative dance into a repeatable pattern. (S1.B1.b.4) 
  • Jumps and lands for height and distance using a mature form. (S1.B1.c.4) 
  • Develops and refines an individual short-rope routine using a variety of basic skills. (S1.B1.d.4) 
  • Demonstrates the ability to change direction quickly while the body is in motion. (S1.B1.e.4) 
  • Transfers and supports body weight on upper body. (S1.B1.f.4) 

Learning Concepts
